Project Description

A new landed home located in the exclusive District 10 neighbourhood. The homeowner wanted a rooftop lap pool with underwater windows that look into the living areas below. The key concern was watertightness of the pool and window joints since the pool sits above functional areas of the house. This was easily addressed with the use of Innovez Engineering’s stainless steel pool system.

Rooftop Stainless Steel Pool with Underwater Windows for Private Residence by Innovez Engineering

This landed residential project features a 12 by 4 metre rooftop stainless steel pool designed for both function and visual impact. Built using a prefabricated stainless steel system, the structure provides long-term durability, watertight performance, and efficient installation within a constrained rooftop setting.

A defining feature is the series of underwater windows, which allows for viewing the home’s interior living areas below. These panels introduce natural light and create a unique visual connection between water and architecture, enhancing the spatial experience of the house.

The pool is finished with Spanish porcelain tiles, selected for their consistency, slip resistance, and refined appearance. Integrated circulation and filtration systems ensure clear, healthy water conditions.
