Tanglin View Condominium offers a well-planned recreational space centred around its swimming facilities, which include an adult lap pool and two children’s pools. The area is enhanced with functional and aesthetic features such as pool decks, water steps, a fountain plaza, and integrated water features. Tanglin View Condominium required significant repair works to upgrade and maintain its concrete swimming pools and surrounding facilities. Innovez Engineering carried out a full renovation, revitalising all the pools, pool deck, water features, fountain plaza, barbecue and amenity areas, as well as the landscaping. As part of the upgrade, all pool accessories such as grab rails, ladders and underwater lighting were supplied and installed.
Extensive repair works were also carried out in the basement to resolve water leakages from the concrete pools.
